Last week’s Card for Everyone was Judgement, the wake-up call. Looks like a lot of people woke up. American voters sent a pretty clear message on Tuesday, and even Trump seems to have taken the warning, saying he’ll accept the results and work with the Democrats. Unless he changes his mind and carries out the third act on Iran, after the 12-day war and February 28. There’s been talk of waiting for the New Moon, when the nights are darkest. Which happens to be Monday.
This week, the cards pick up where that left off. Once you’ve woken up, what do you walk away from? One card turned up for three signs this week, and a few old friends from earlier issues came back for a second visit. There’s love to look at closely, a big decision or two, some celebrating, and a couple of you being nudged out from the side of the stage and into the light.
Our four weeks of Rider-Waite-Smith decks wrapped up last week, so this time we've picked a fresh pair in honour of Monday’s New Moon in Scorpio. The tarot is The Light Seer’s Tarot by Chris-Anne, and the oracle is the Moonology Manifestation Oracle by Yasmin Boland, with artwork by Lori Menna. Every card in that oracle is one of the four big moon phases in one of the twelve signs, so it’s a good fit for a New Moon week.
This one covers Sunday, November 8 to Saturday, November 14, 2026. Read your rising sign first, then your sun sign.
Read your rising sign first, then your sun sign, and see how the two fit together.

Card for Everyone
10 of Swords
The week opens with the 10 of Swords, a perfect card for a New Moon. This woman is walking away from what no longer serves her: the things and the people, both. She’s heading out of the dark and into the light, and the ravens overhead go with her like guides. The hard part is behind her, and that leaves room for something new. With the New Moon arriving Monday, the timing is right to start manifesting what you want. The people, the goals, the things you want to accomplish. If you want a hand with that, here’s the New Moon ritual I use.
Your words for this week: I let go of what’s done and make room for what’s next.♈ Aries
♈ Aries
Knight of Cups and Last Quarter Moon in Virgo

Aries, someone is in a loving mood this week, and it might be you. The question is: is it true love or limerence? I call this Knight of Cups the limerence card. Look at the armful of roses and the love note waiting on the blanket. He’s going all out to please. But is he, or you, or someone who has you on their radar, really in love with you, or are you with them? Or are they in love with who they see, and not who you truly are? Or worse, just in love with love? You love the thrill of the chase, Aries, and that rush can feel a lot like love. I did a Spirit of Dating episode on limerence if you want to dig deeper.
That’s where the Last Quarter Moon in Virgo comes in, with the message Attend to the Details. Do the homework before the romance. Look closely, so you know what you are really getting into.
Your words for this week: I look closely before I jump in.
♉ Taurus
Queen of Swords and New Moon in Aries

Taurus, like Aries, this week is about letting your passion flourish with fire and gusto. You’re making your mark with what you desire, and now is the time to act. For some signs, this much fire is too hot to handle, but you’re an earth sign, and your detail is the wand itself. It’s now planted in the ground and sprouting new leaves. You take your time getting started, Taurus, but once something takes root, it grows.
With Let This Be Your Sign as your oracle card, signs are showing up this week telling you that you’re ready and able to pursue your passion. And with the full moon in your sign starting the week, that’s your first sign to let go of the negative thoughts and hesitation. Put them behind you, and the steps ahead lead to a clear path.
Your words for this week: “I let go of my doubts, and I let my passion grow.”
♊ Gemini
The Lovers and New Moon in Gemini

Gemini, looks like romance is in the air for you too, with The Lovers. And yes, The Lovers again. It’s your card, Gemini, and it keeps finding you. Notice the merkaba glowing where their foreheads meet, a symbol of spiritual connection. That’s a meeting of minds and more. And see how she’s holding a lock of his hair. She’s choosing to fall in love. If you are with someone, let the New Moon bring new ways to grow your intimacy and togetherness this week. If you are single, do a New Moon ritual on Monday to manifest your ideal partner. How are you calling them in?
The New Moon in Gemini says Think It Through. Whether you’re deepening what you have or calling in someone new, write down what you want. What you expect is what you attract, so expect good things.
Your words for this week: I choose love, and I say what I want.
♋ Cancer
6 of Cups and First Quarter Moon in Gemini

Cancer, nostalgia plays a big role for you this week with the 6 of Cups. This card is also about loyalty, like the puppy that grew into the dog still by his side. Notice the cups set like stepping stones from the boy down to the man. That’s the support from the people close to you, guiding you along the path from your inner child to your future self. What memories are coming up for you, and what are they telling you about now? This week is about connecting with both and healing those past wounds so your future self benefits.
The First Quarter Moon in Gemini complements the 6 of Cups, with the message Speak Your World Into Being. Look at the two figures facing each other. That’s your inner child and your future self, finally talking. The Throat chakra glows between them. What words are you speaking to yourself and to others? Speak your truth and the world you want to live in.
Your words for this week: I speak kindly to who I was and who I’m becoming.
♌ Leo
Judgement and New Moon in Pisces

Leo, Judgement is back. It was last week’s Card for Everyone, and this time it’s all yours. This week it’s time to let go of judgment and self-criticism and free yourself from limiting beliefs. Look at her spirit rising up out of her, arms reaching for the light. It’s time to rise above it, as you usually do. Don’t let setbacks stand in your way. You know better. So how do you really want to see yourself?
While you’re rising above those judgments, the New Moon in Pisces tells you to Attune to the Divine if you need help getting past those setbacks. The New Moon is a time to manifest who you want to be and how you want others to see you. Connect with your higher self, and go easy on yourself while you do.
Your words for this week: I let go of judgment and rise above it.
♍ Virgo
6 of Cups and Full Moon in Virgo

Virgo, nostalgia is in the air for you this week with the 6 of Cups. Look at the boy up top, playing with his puppy without a care in the world. When did you last do something just for the fun of it? This card is about reconnecting with your inner child, and for you that means remembering what you loved before life got so busy. Look back and see how far you’ve come, and go easy on the younger you while you’re at it.
The Full Moon in Virgo says, Take Inspired Action. Dream big, then take practical steps down here on Earth. This card's tip is to make a bullet-point list of what you need to do. Virgo, you’ve probably started one already. What’s one thing on it you can actually do this week?
Your words for this week: I make time for what I love.
♎ Libra
2 of Swords and Full Moon in Aries

Libra, it seems you have a big decision to make without knowing too much, like the woman in the blindfold. The pros and cons have you tied in knots, like the twine the two ravens are wrapping around her head. They’re Huginn and Muninn, thought and memory, pulling her two ways at once. The symbol on her arm is two crossed air signs, though it looks a lot like scales. Either way, it fits: it’s hard to think straight, and you’re looking for balance. Try this: write out your pros and cons, then sort them into wants, needs and nice-to-haves. What happens?
The Full Moon in Aries reminds you to Cool Your Emotions, so they don’t get the better of you. Strike a balance between logic and emotion to arrive at your decision. You’re known for being fair, Libra, so be fair to yourself too, and weigh what you need alongside what everyone else needs.
Your words for this week: I weigh it fairly, and then I decide.
♏ Scorpio
4 of Wands and New Moon in Capricorn

Party in the house, Scorpio! Looks like expanding your horizons and looking past your empire with the 2 of Wands last week has landed you some solid foundations and stability with the 4 of Wands this week. Look at the four torches standing around the tent. That’s what you’ve built. It’s time to celebrate your accomplishments and the new connections you made along the way. You’ve come a long way, so how are you celebrating your wins?
Now it’s time to Step Up and Lead, with the New Moon in Capricorn. Ambition isn’t a dirty word, so own it. And with the leadership, it’s OK to show a bit of your wild side too, like those two dancing with the tambourine. You keep a lot to yourself, Scorpio. What parts of you do you tend to keep hidden?
Your words for this week: I celebrate what I’ve built, and I lead my way.
♐ Sagittarius
6 of Cups and First Quarter Moon in Leo

Sagittarius, you got the 6 of Cups too, the third time it showed up this week. Like the others, this is about turning to your past and your inner child to unlock the possibilities for your future self. Notice the boy leaning over the edge, looking down the path of cups, curious about what’s ahead. That’s the explorer in you, and it started young. You’re the adventurous type, with plenty of trials and tribulations along the way. So ask your inner child: what does it want your future self to be?
The First Quarter Moon in Leo says Be Humble. Less show, more substance. You’ve got plenty of stories from the road, Sagittarius, so let them speak for themselves. Think of it as a reminder for your future self.
Your words for this week: I listen to the kid who started this adventure.
♑ Capricorn
Judgement and Full Moon in Aries

Capricorn, Judgement shows up for you as a reckoning. You’re always playing the long game, so here’s a question to take into the week: if it were up to you to judge your life at the end of your days, what would you say to yourself? Look at her face lifted, and her eyes closed. She’s done the soul-searching, and she’s honest about what she finds. This is a week to take stock and see where your heart and your goals line up, and where they don’t.
The Full Moon in Aries says Cool Your Emotions. You’re good at keeping a cool head, but cooling off isn’t the same as bottling up. Work through what you’re feeling instead of pretending it isn’t there. Then you can make peace with others and with yourself.
Your words for this week: I’m honest with myself about what matters.
♒ Aquarius
6 of Wands and Last Quarter Moon in Aries

Time to step into the limelight, Aquarius! On the 6 of Wands, the woman is standing just outside the spotlight. It’s great that you’re raising your arms to celebrate your achievements, but no one is seeing how proud you are. The crowd is right there in front of her, hands up, waiting for you. You don’t need the applause, Aquarius, but that doesn’t mean you have to hide from it. What is holding you back? Time to walk to the centre of the stage and shine.
You might have to Work Through Your Feelings with the Last Quarter Moon in Aries to get past those stage jitters. What comes up when you picture being seen? Notice the women on both cards are proud, arms raised. You got this, Aquarius!
Your words for this week: I let myself be seen.
♓ Pisces
Ace of Swords and First Quarter Moon in Capricorn

Pisces, a bright idea is swirling in your head this week with the Ace of Swords. Look at the beam of light shooting out of the spiral staircase in her head. That’s the a-ha moment. Aces are new beginnings, and this is an idea you’ve been thinking about for a long while. You’re a dreamer, Pisces, and the dreaming part comes easy. Are you ready to bring that bright idea to fruition?
The First Quarter Moon in Capricorn says, Unleash Your Kindest Self. So fitting for you. I wonder if that bright idea of yours makes the world a better place. Bringing it to life will take some discipline, but don’t be so hard on yourself that you suck the joy out of it.
Your words for this week: I give my bright idea a place to land.
Wrap Up
Now that you’ve read yours, here’s what stood out to me. The 6 of Cups showed up three times, for Cancer, Virgo and Sagittarius. That little guy and his puppy really wanted to be seen this week. Judgement came back too, for Leo and Capricorn, one week after it was everybody’s card. And a couple of familiar faces from the Before Tarot week made a return visit: Gemini pulled The Lovers again, and the Knight of Cups, Pisces’ card back then, rode over to Aries.
On the oracle side, Gemini pulled New Moon in Gemini and Virgo pulled Full Moon in Virgo, each sign getting its own moon. The Aries moon turned up four times: Taurus, Libra, Capricorn, and Aquarius. Cups led the way with four signs, then Swords with three, Wands with two, and three Major Arcana cards. Not one Pentacle, again. Cups are about feelings, relationships and the people around you, so it’s a heart-first week.
The New Moon in Scorpio lands Monday, November 9, at 2:02 AM Eastern, so it’s technically Sunday night for the night owls. It’s the perfect time for a New Moon ritual. Write down what you want to manifest, and keep at it while the moon grows. On Wednesday into Thursday, Jupiter lines up opposite the South Node, which is all about letting go of old patterns. Sound familiar? Then on Friday, Mercury turns direct in Scorpio in the morning, and Venus turns direct in Libra that evening. Venus has been retrograde since October 3, so matters of the heart should start to feel clearer. Two planets turn around on Friday the 13th. Make of that what you will.
That’s the week. Take what fits and leave the rest. These readings are guidance and something to think with, not predictions.
If you’d like a reading of your own, you can book one here. You’ll find everything else I do at dustarot.com.
See you next Friday.
